I'm going on an assertiveness course on Monday you know. I suspect there may be role playing. Oh, dear God.

    just be assertive in your refusal to role-play. Surely that's got to score you points!

    And if they recommend watching 12 Angry Men, as the course I was on a few years ago did, I have it on video.
