Say cheese
Can I just say, if there's one thing more annoying than gouging a chunk out of your thumb whilst grating cheese, it's doing the same thing again, in the same place, just as it's healed up? I can? Thank you.

But did you get blood on the cheese?
happily avoided that, however the chuncks of chorizo in the sauce got suspicious looks when I arrived at table with a wad of kitchen roll wrapped round my thumb...
hmmn, interesting spelling of chunks. and I'd corrected it once before I posted. I think I need more coffee...
