Trengilly Wartha
Went to the Trengilly Wartha on Friday night, as the final episode in a week of birthday celebrations.
Had slow roasted pork belly on an apple mash (allegedly - it was certainly nice mash, if not noticably appley) with a cider gravy. Ooh, and a bowl of veggies. Stunning, really stunning (could have done with a squizz more of the gravy, but a minor quibble).
The boys both had steaks, which were cooked a beautifully perfect medium rare. Which was unfortunate, as they'd both asked for them to be well done (yes, yes, I know).

What STILL celebrating your birthday, that's just greedy, I hope they spat in your apple mash.
